FAQ'S

How do I get started?
It's super easy and you can get started online anytime!  Give us a call or fill out the "Contact Us" form with your pets profile, what services you are looking for, your preferred schedule and we'll give you a call to arrange a meet & greet with either our manager or the dog walker/sitter in your area so that we can ensure a good fit!

How will you access our pets?
You can either be home at the time of pickup / drop off (with a 30 min window around your appointment time) or provide us your preferred access method (hidden key, door code, garage code, etc.)  We know it can be a bit nerve wracking to provide someone with access to your home and we take your trust in us incredibly seriously.

What is the window for walks?
We try to give everyone a set time in order to maintain the same schedule every day.  However, there are days where we may have more of less walks than usual.  Generally we give ourselves an hour window to complete a walk.  For example, if your walk time is set for 12:30 we may come as early as noon and as late as 1:00.  In extreme cases, we may need a slightly larger window but will generally notify clients when these instances arise (weather issues, traffic delays, etc.)

How many dogs do you walk at one time?
Our group walks will never exceed four dogs per walker.  Your dog's safety and enjoyment are at the heart of everything we do and we only partner dogs with the same size and temperament together.

What do you do when it rains or snows?
We get wet!  We walk rain or shine.  Our clients tell us where we can find a towel on snowy or rainy days and we will dry off your dog as much as we can.

What happens if I have to cancel a walk or visit?
Things change!  And we understand when they do.  There is no charge for services cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled walk or visit.  Cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged $10.  Services cancelled at or less than two hours before the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.  We often have clients trying to add last minute walks, and with a little notice they are able to take advantage of an appointment you no longer need.  This policy is in place to protect our team members who rely on their regular clients to make a living doing what they love.  Without enough notice, we aren't able to add additional appointments to their day to fill the spot we had reserved for you.

Is there a fee for requesting a walk the day-of?
There are no fees for adding a last minute walk or visit!  As long as we have a team member available we can add any service at our regular rate.  The sooner you know that you need extra help, the easier it is for us to reserve an appointment for you.

How do I pay?
We currently accept cash or Venmo for payment.

Do you administer medication?
Of course!  We're more than happy to administer pills, topical medication and really anything that doesn't require a veterinary technician certification.  Keep us in the loop and we'll help however we can.

What areas do you serve?
Salt Lake City, Sugarhouse, Murray, West Valley, Taylorsville, Kearns, West Jordan, Cottonwood Heights, Sandy, Draper, Riverton, Herriman, South Jordan, Alpine, Lehi, American Fork.
